Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We offer store credit only.

Due to the nature of our products, all body butters and skincare items are FINAL SALE.

If you would like to request a return for eligible items, please EMAIL AUGUSTLOVESHOP@GMAIL.COM  

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for store credit eligibility.

To complete your store credit, we require proof of purchase or your order confirmation. Please note that only one store credit may be issued per order. Once store credit has been provided, the item is considered FINAL SALE.

If damaged

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. Items reported after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for resolution.

Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed and approved.
